L’Occitane is one line I’ve tried very hard to like but haven’t had much luck with. Till I find the hand cream. I have tried a lot of hand creams and this is my favorite one. I want to get something that can moisturize well and fast obsorbing. This one has it both. Don’t like the fiddly lid but the tube design (aluminium) is great coz it makes it easier to get the last little bits out. plus the thick consistency makes it easy for me to squeeze some in small jars to carry with me (unlike runny hand lotions). The large size (5.2 oz) last about 3-4 months or longer in the summer.
One side benifit: My 3-yr old daughter has eczema on her legs. We have tried so many things…both prescription and over-the-counter. My hubby brought home a sample of this and same brand 100% shea butter for me and I decided just to try it on her legs. Eczema was almost gone the next day. Very pricey, but it’s worth it to have my dd’s soft legs back!

Good for everyday use. This is my favorite lip balm besides Dr. Hauschka’s in pot form. It isn’t as healing as Dr. Hauschka’s but rather preventive. The tube form is very convenient. I like using Dr. Hauschka’s before I go to bed or in harsh winter to heal any dryness, and Biotherm’s during the day to prevent and protect. I use Hauschka’s when I want to wear lipstick too. This feels nice (unlike Smith’s which is too slippery) and stays on which means I don’t need to reapply often (thank goodness at this price!). The SPF8 is better than none too

I was ecstatic when I first discovered this line of cosmetics: all natural-great coverage-and GOOD for your skin?!?! It provides more coverage than powder but not much, so if you are looking for that flawless look I would NOT recommend this.
