The NY Post reports that decidedly un-glitzy Columbus Avenue bar (which serves food, including bangers and mash) Emerald Inn will be closing next year. Another neighborhood joint closing isn't surprising, but it's a little depressing, given how owner Charlie Campbell found out: "he only got the bad news when he saw the location advertised for lease on the Web site of real estate brokerage CB Richard Ellis." Apparently the landlord is doubling the rent to $350,000 for the 800-square foot space.

在我对我的工作还懵懵懂懂的时候,就开始干招商的活儿了. 签个破合同谈个事儿费老劲了,得去臆想一些匪夷所思的情况,真是培养yy人才. 我的小头儿没干过这么较真的活儿,已经被两边律师的斤斤计较搞得快要崩溃了. 大猫儿还要求在放假前谈妥签约. 我们没有决定权,都是谈个大概样子,然后报给大头儿去批示,批示完了拿回来再谈. 大头儿是夜行狂人,白天忙于应付种种协会会议等等,晚上潜入办公室开始办公. 偶尔早一点,下午4点多回来,就得跟他唧唧歪歪汇报半天,他再侃一通,不到六点半怎么也走不了,还经常跟我说:就照我们刚才谈的这个情况,你把合同重新拟一下,明天再跟他们谈. 我也没办法,就回来拟合同,拟完发给法律事务部,对方负责谈判的人,然后才能回家. 妈的,加了好几天班了,困死我了. 我现在就是进屋就得赶紧刷牙洗脸睡觉,也没空干别的. 唉,这周带妆时间太长了,我都心疼我的脸. -----------------------------------我是痘痘的分隔线--------------------- 最近老脸的情况是,到处发痘, 我救都救不过来. 好不容易烂嘴巴开始好转了,又得解决我的痘. 长在

I created this look with the new fall makeup trends in mind. For the eyes, I used part of Clinique’s new Fall Collection- matte eyeshadows. They are gorgeous! Finally, matte shadows that aren’t dull and boring! On my eyes, I used L’Oreal’s HIP Cream Shadow Paint in Lofty (Lofty makes a great neutral colored base, but it does add a hint of sparkle- so if you want to stay with the true matte look, skip this step and just use concealer as a base).
