Sephora $15 Gift Card

Since I'm a beauty insider, I received Sephora Gift Card couple days ago which gives me $15 off with a $35 purchase. Honestly I ignored the e-mail since I didn't have any 35 bucks to spend @ Sephora, well....not in quick thought anyway. BUT BUT BUT I read from Makeupalley that someone used the GC with less than $35 purchase, so I was like "What??" and rushed in to see what I could get.
